DELIVERY - we used Royal Mail for our delivery service and your item will be sent 2nd Class unless you specify otherwise.  There is an option on the Delivery section to choose 1st Class,  You can also choose for your order to be go by the Royal Mail Tracked service at an additional cost.

Orders are usually dispatched the day after you order them; but if you order in the morning, we can sometimes ship your order out on the same day. If you need something urgently, just let us know either on the order itself or via email and we will do everything we can to help.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders of £20.00 or over.  If less than £20.00, the shipping costs are below:

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class - £1.99
  • Royal Mail 1st Class - £2.49
  • Royal Mail Signed For - £3.49

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We accept all items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is unopened and in its original condition.

We are not responsible for the shipping costs of returning unwanted items. For your protection we would recommend the order is sent back on recorded / trackable service. Once the item has been received we will either process a full refund or send an alternative product you have requested.

We will then arrange collection of the faulty item or ask you to return it (the cost of return will be refunded) and once received we can either process a full refund or send a replacement.
